Fairy Tail Movie: Priestess of the Phoenix

Hopefully this being a movie means they won't be dumbing it down quite as much as usually.

I like the art in the movie better. It's more like Mashima's style. The anime art is kind of childish and roundish all over. The characters look way younger and seriously, Lucy is hot in the manga but in the anime she's like a total different character.

The movie seems to be looking good. Seems like there's gonna be a huge battle and Lucy'll be in danger and Natsu will come to save the day. Cliche, but good.

Have no idea what to say about Éclair. She doesnt seem like the bad girl. It's more like she's being manipulated because of the powers she possesses thanks to the Phoenix. stone. And Lucy will somehow try to save her and gets in danger herself.

Too bad we'll have to be waiting for the English subs for more than 6 months, probably 9 months after the première in Japan on August 18th.

Hopefully this is a good movie because of the fact I like fairy tail manga so much, I just can't see this movie being a let down, somehow I know its going to be great filled with tons of action, and Natsu kicking butt lol.
