oka ... here goes one ... i think their going to use pengulem arcs to stall for preparing for the battle scenes in shinigami v.s hollow battle thing like..... when some one good is about to fight ...... they..... go back to the pengelum acr and telll somthing about their past

Yes he is from the rukongai, the name is passed on, it si the toughest warrior or something along those lines.
