If you are in this House and need to choose your arsenal then PM The Hokage or Pad Frank the one's that you chose however if you want to be a naruto character then you will get all thier powers in the ship and only 1 other justu,1 weapon and the summoning ....
If you choose to build your own character then choose 3 jutsu and 1 weapon to add to your arsenal(not including things given to every member list).

The eligible elite jounins are eligible for Anbu,UC Medical Division and Konoha Police.
We will be having more missions and contests so you will be working closely with your housemates.If you are in anbu,the medical division or the police force,you will be working with them in certain missions.
Katon is the second in command of this house
chakra:
genin - 50% can use 1 high level attackor 3 medium or 5 low
chunin - 75 % can use 2 high level attacks or 5 medium or 7 low
jounin - 100% can use 4 high level attacks or 7 medium or 10 low
Elite jounin have special techniques that can be used once and the rules of the jounin apply
being an active uchiha member means that you participate regular in either the fanfic,games,AMV,trivia,creativity or sparring threads....sorry fellas the Uchiha chat thread doesn't count...lolz
Any active members have a chance to level up in the jutsus and sharingan by winning trivia,creativity and sparring competitions.

Sharingan Levels
level one sharingan - genin
level 2 sharingan - chunin
level 3 sharingan - jounin

level 1 mangekyou sharingan - 6000 posts and an active member of a house
level 2 mangekyou sharingan - 7000 posts and an active member of a house
level 3 mangekyo sharingan - 8000 posts and an active member of a house
level four mangekyo sharingan - Only the kages....

Suiton: Katsutai no Jutsu
Water Element: Slippery Body Technique
Through the use of this technique, the user is able to secrete a type of oily water from their skin, making it very slippery. This technique is very useful for slipping through tight places, out of restraints, and out of peoples’ grasps.
Suiton: Mizu Tzume no Jutsu
Water Element: Water Claw Technique A very simply jutus where the user will perform a series of hand seals, focus chakra into their hands then put them down in to the water. Two gloves of water will envelop their hands, these gloves have claws attached to them which can be used to cut the user's opponent.
Suiton: Mizu Dageki
Water Element: Water Strike
A water technique in which the user uses chakra to gather up water around one of their fists and uses it to strike their opponent. The chakra can be condensed around the shape of the water and used to make the strike as hard as a steel block if needed, but more chakra is needed the harder you make the strike. The water and chakra is automatically released once the Jutsu has struck the opponent.
Suiton: Sakana Misairu no Jutsu
Water Element: Fish Missile Technique
The user performs a series of hand seals and focuses his chakra a little. Then small fish made out of water will rise up from a nearby source and fly at the target. These will strike with moderate impact and daze weaker targets for a short while. This is basically a much weaker version of Kisame's shark missile technique.
Suiton: Mizu Kunai no Jutsu
[Water Element: Water Kunai Skill]
User forms water into the shape of kunai/shuriken in sets of three or more to be thrown at their opponents.These water shuriken/kunai perform just like normal projectile weapons in terms of accuracy and damage capacity

Suiton: Mizu Hosui no Jutsu
[Water Element:Water Hose Technique]The user will perform a series of handseals and then fire a continuous stream of water from their mouth. This can be used to put out fires, cleanse wounds, cool others off and counter fire techniques. Higher ranking Shinobi can invest more chakra in the technique and fire it as a powerful beam of water that can hit the target with a great impact, capable of canceling out medium ranking fire techniques.
Suiton: Mizu Nankan no Jutsu
Water Element: Water Barrier
This technique creates a personal barrier around the user, causing chakra-affected water that strikes it to disperse and evaporate. If the technique that this barrier attempts to counteract is equal in rank or lower than the barrier, then all of the water is dispersed, but techniques of a higher rank will only partially be affected. This technique requires a constant flow of chakra to maintain, and higher ranks increase proportionally in cost.
Suiton: Hari Ame
Water Element: Needle Rain
The user creates a large bubble of water from a nearby source and sends it flying into the air.When the user commands it to, the bubble pops and sends water falling all around like rain. The user then completes the hand signs and the water droplets turn into sharp needles, not unlike the Mizu Senbon no Jutsu,only smaller
Suiton: Ijou Shikke
Water Element: Surrounding Moisture
This a technique somewhat similar to Mizu No Ai. Instead of using their own chakra to produce water, the Shinobi will use surrounding moisture and use that when performing water techniques. Higher ranking Shinobi are capable of creating water out of almost anything, while Chuunin are only capable of doing it near trees, plants and such.
Suiton: Ken Mizu no Jutsu
Water Element: Blades of Water Technique
A technique used in with any normal style sword weapon. Water beings to encompass the blade of the weapon(s),then the user is able to swing single or multiple times with each separate attack releasing a razor sharp edge of curved water toward an opponent
Suiton: Mizu no Hoippu
Water Element: Whip of Water
A long sinuous form of water wraps itself around the user, and functions as a powerful whip. Being a weapon of variable shape, the whip can easily be edged and pointed, gaining cutting and piercing ability when needed. The whip is controlled through will and chakra alone, and does not require the user to manually "hold" the whip to use it. It does however, still depend on conscious thought to function.
Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki
Water Element: Tornado of Water
Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

And finaly the rules of the spar battles :

1) Actions are designated by a *(star/asterisk). EXAMPLE: *runs towards gabe*
2) Speech and descriptions are done via normal text. EXAMPLE: *runs towards gabe* GABE YOU SUCK!!!
3) Killing is not allowed. You are not able to say *kills dirty*
4) God Modding is not allowed. God Modding is the act of making your character invincible or invunerable to attack. Conistantly avoiding attacks etc.
5) Skills and techniques/jutsu's are determined by your village, and individual skills learned from the Kage of your village or Hokage.
6) Each player will get 10 moves the match is over so total of 20 posts
7) must number each post for example: #1 *prepares to attck*winners will be decided by hokage i belive
