The Empire was from do to the bloodlust of Kelzack. As the elites of elites, the Empire will continue its crusade for total domination!


Background Story:

"I was young then, and my sword was the only thing I could trust. Above all Kelzack, Monarch by determination and steel. He made us biuld an Empire to dominate and conquer. As we crossed through the realms, we conquer and ravage. We saw its horrors, we saw its treasures, and we saw its glory! We fought like demons, against hell it self!
And of all we followed, our emperor, the one who would rule all realms. I was scarred and tormented, but I will walk no other path. For we are the Empire, and we will DOMINATE!"

High Council:



This is a group of elite members chosen to rule over the Empire and keep peace and balance. The High Council votes on decisions vital to the Empires survival. In some occasion the High Council may over rule the Guild Master and Commander if his/her act is found to be against the Empire. This blance of power is to create a stable government for us all. Any members may request an audience with the high council at anytime.


Rules

1. The master and the council are to be respected at all times whatsoever.

2. Respect your fellow Imperials. Any excessive harsh comments or racial/religious slurs will not be tolerated.



Constitution

1st Amendment

Once a member has been banned fromthe Empire or has left under bad circumstances, he or she may not return to the clan. The definition of "bad circumstance" is to be determined by the Master.

If one of these members with the specifics of the terms listed above attempts to return to the clan on an alias, it is every member's responsibility to tell the Master or a Council Member about their attempt for the good of the clan. If a member is harboring knowledge of the return of the banned member then they are subject to banishment.

If a member wishes to return he can only be approved to return by the Master AND a 3/4 Council majority vote in his favor.



2nd Amendment

When the Council votes upon a proposal or in elections, they must clearly state YAY, NAY, or ABSTAIN on the topic being voted on; also they must state a valid reason why they voted as they did. If they do not furfill the requirements stated in the preceding line, their vote is to be determined null and void.

When a proposal is brought before the Council, the proposals default time which the Council can vote upon it is three days. After three days, all other votes are to be considered void. The proposal time can be increased to a maximum of seven days if the proposer states the amount of time in the proposal. If every Council member has voted on a proposal, then the vote can be considered closed.

After Council Members have voted on a proposed topic, the proposer may not edit his original topic. If the proposer does edit his topic, all of the votes of the Council members are now null and void. The proposer must then remake his topic or change the subject of his current topic to state that there is a revote. When the topic is edited the proposal time is reset.

When the High Council is voting on new candidates for the Council Elections, the candidates are required to write a speech and submit it within three days of their nomination. The default time limit for a Council Elections is seven days or until every High Council member has voted. If a candidate for Council or High Council happens to be a current Ghost Council member, their forum access will be limited until the elections are complete. The results of the election are to be considered CONFIDENTIAL until the master has informed the winning candidate that he is victorious.

Ranks:

Guildmaster:
The guildmaster is the ultimate rank of the guild. His authority is not to be questioned and everybody answers to him before doing something.

Commander:
The commander is the right hand of the guildmaster. Everybody else except the guildmaster answers to him.

Vanguard:
The vanguards are the elite of elite. Everybody who is a vanguard will be given the seat in the high council.

Loyal Guard:
The loyal guards are the defender of the Empire and the keeper of peace.

Foot Soldier:
The first line of defensse and attack against any enemy threat. These soilders are train from birth and will answer to the the Commander and Guild Master



The fighters rankings:

Weapons master:
The weapons master is the ultimate melee fighter. His specialty in hand to hand combat is undeniable. He is the most likely person to be sent in a guild champions duel.

Eldest fighters:
The eldest fighter is a fighter who has reached the highest skills in melee fighting. He tries to prove his worth to the weapons master at every chance.

Veteran fighters:
The veteran fighter is a rank above the crusader and one under the Eldest Fighter. He is in the middle of an extremely good career in hand to hand combat.

Crusaders:
The crusader is a fighter who tries to protect the guild at every cost. He is a sworn enemy to all those who defy the guild.

Guards:
The guard is a fighter who has just started his career in melee combat. He has along way to go if he is to reach the highest level but he is a formidable foe to all the enemies of the guild.

The mage rankings:

Arcane master:
The arcane master is the master in the Arcane arts. None else in the guild can defeat him as long as magic are concerned. He is to be sent in a Mage duel between guilds.

Archmages:
The Archmage is a rank under the Arcane master. He is often being taught new tricks by him.
(2500 posts)

Leading sorcerers:
The leading sorcerer is the mage who leads the guild troops into battle. He is a fierce foe to all those who face him.

Enchanters:
The enchanter is appointed by the Arcane master to study and make connections from the guild to the lower planes and especially with the Astral plane.

Scholars:
The scholar is an apprentice in the Arcane arts. He studies in order to reach higher rankings in the guild.
The clerics rankings:

High priest:
The high priest is exactly what it implies. The highest of priests.He makes arrangements with even the highest of the demilords of the lower planes to favor the guild.

Templars:
The templar is a ranking under the high priest and is his apprentice. He is the second better demon summoner in the guild.

Guild fanatics:
The guild fanatics are clerics who have devoted their lives to protect their guild. Their power in battle is superb. None can stand against them.

Temple guards:
The temple guards are priests who are doing all they can to protect the guild's temple.

Healers:
The healers are clerics who have just started their training in the clerics path. They have a long way to reach the highest ranks.

The druids rankings:

Master druid:
The master druid is the highest druid ranking in all the guild. He can even talk to the earth and shape it into everything he desires .

Elemental summoners:
The elemental summoner is a druid who is specialized in elemental summoning. He answers to no other druid but the druid master

Earth shapers:
The earth shaper is one who tries to master the druidic arts so that he can call the earth for help whenever he needs her to.

Master shapeshifters:
The master shapeshifter is a druid who has mastered the arts of shapeshifting and turns himself into an animal of his liking.

Nature friends:
The nature friend is a druid apprentice who has just started to practice the druidic arts.

The thieves rankings:

Master assassin:
The master assassin is the master in all thieving arts. He is the one whom the guildmaster will send into a sneaking mission.

Spies:
The spy is the master of corruption. He is sent by the guildmaster to spy on other guilds.

Executioners:
The executioner is the master of executions. There is none he can not execute successfully.

Rogues:
The rogue is a bandit who has somehow mastered the thieving skills and tries to be promoted in higher ranks.

Bandits:
The bandit is but a common thief who has managed to enter into our guild and tries to master the thieving arts.
(500 posts)

As a member you must choose one branch to start out as, be it thieves, druids, mages, or figthers. Then your rank will depend on your post count at the default.
