alright, this is just a place for all of the PD members to come and relax, instead of doing it in the sparring thread for rules, there's only one real rule, you can use your powers in here without using up reiatsu, but no actual fighting.

we'll probably end up holding most of the parties here as well. so, everyone enjoy themselves

ya, we were having problems with people (ie ulti, or hoob, or... vi3t i guess) fighting as though they were equal to higher ups, so we made it so that ever rank up has (approximatly) twice the reiatsu as the rank below. because i'm second in command, i've got like 8 times your reiatsu. but this is only a trial system, we'll see how it goes

you realize there's no point to the boycott right? the council is going to review the new system anyways in like, a week maximum. your and tessai's opinions have already been taken into account, that's why this is just a test.
