Takes aaages to get really good at aikido, but it is soo useful so i dont really mind so much

Yeah I know, same with wing chun, it takes ages to get really good. I've been at it for nearly 3 yrs now 3 times a week, sometimes 2 or 1 and I'm still not great. I just bought some new punch bag mitts can't wait till they come. My hands are messed up because I never used mitts before.

ow that guy , yeah ,i heard that. Well it's not very uncommon to have those injuries as a boxer , but ah well , he either is really bad in boxing , or he had to much on his mind before he went into the ring.

there is a fast track in aikido, but its not pretty...

chinese kenpo is so easy..no wonder sanji is kick ass at it
