Idk. There is more alcohol % in wine.. But probably a small amount of that per day is healthy too. ^^ I just know beer is, because of the barley and hops.

.........lol. Well I'm not old enough to drink yet one more year.(21 is legal to drink in america) and the one sip of beer I did have I didn't like it that much.

I don't like beer too much either. But I do drink it sometimes with mates when I'm thirsty. ^^
