I'm already in the bureau, pad is the leader, and I've already made several things, in fact I just finished a new one
there's not much you could teach me, which is why I asked Runne :/

Dimensional breakdown reconstructor.
DBR is simply an anti-"portal" device. When spiritual power is used to cause breakdowns in certain areas for matter transport between set places, you get a way of immediately going from one place to another. However, the distortion and deconstruction of spirit particles in the way of this process can be fortified or even rebuilt. This device is simply taken, worn, or deployed in some manner on the battlefield, and has an effect range of relatively 100 yards. DBR is active as long as breakdown of spiritual particle fields are active. Thus, when the particles are changed and destroyed, energy is released into the area and DBR collects this left over power, and reforms the energy back into it's last state, all the while fortifying it with the extra energy. The effect is that stronger particles replace the lost and changed particles that occur during the dimensional breakdown. This effectively prevents any transport of matter between the two spots via this method.

I've been fighting with science since I got to AC >.> so I'm good on that...
I've never really fought with a sword or anything like that...
