No. it tried to respond, but your inbox is full.

Seki doesn't work like that. It repels the physical, not energy. (The huge blast of blue reiatsu still hits memi) besides, even if it did repel energy, a large blast would still overwhelm it, unless you put an ungodly amount of reiatsu into it.
