Pure Destruction Civil War

Since Kiske's event failed, and now he is banned, I figure we should have a new Event. Here's the story:

4th Squad Lt Memica was attacked late one night, nearly devoured by some creature. While she was being healed, Lt.Commander FoolCoolyLover went to see the Captain Commander. Lt.Commander Fooly accused Captain Commander Runne666 of attacking and attempting to devour Memica, under the influence of his powerful Hollow side.

Commander Runne denied the accusations, and the two became involved in a heated argument. Fooly, Positive that his Commander was the culprit, approached the PD council later that day, and made a motion in the council to arrest the Commander immediately. But the vote was split, some disagreed while some agreed completely. Those who supported the Commander said they would use all necessary force to protect him, while those who supported Fooly, said they would use the same force to arrest him.

Late one night, the two teams met in combat, to decide once and for all who was right.

The general idea here is, if you see anyone from the opposite team here, attack them. Once you are defeated, you are "Dead" which means your opponent gets to kill you whichever way he wants. You are dead until the end of the event. Whichever side is left standing by the end, wins.

LtC= 1 Wins, 0 Losses

Combat Rules:

No reiatsu draining

Maximum Turn Limit of 20 (Get a Captain or myself or fooly to judge when you reach the 20 turn limit. Winner gets to execute the loser)

A judge must be present to see the fight. If, at any time, the judge decides that one combatant can no longer fight (or shouldn't be able to) then the other combatant wins, and may execute their opponent.

If you fight more than once, any injury you sustained in previous fights that you one will affect you. Your reiatsu can be completely restored, but there must be some signs that previous injuries have a negative effect on you

All other combat rules apply, with the exception of "No Killing"
