Pure Destruction: New Comers Tourney

ALL PEOPLE READ THE RULES FOR NEW RULES HAVE BEEN ADDED!!!

One day, runne and fooly were having a discussion in squad 1 barracks...

Fooly: We have had a lot of new members lately. They seem to be handling themselves pretty good in their spars too. (floats around)

Runne: Your right sport (sips ske), but they still have a way to go. They don’t have enough experience to even qualify as good shinigami.(sips sake)

Fooly: I don’t know. Some of them seem like they have more to offer then you give them credit for (floats around)

Runne: I give credit where it’s due. (sips sake)

Fooly: yea, but you give them little respect. (casts line out into a nearby pond outside the window)

Runne: well that’s because (sips sake) they don’t deserve it.

Fooly: well then, let’s give the chance to gain your respect (reels in line)

Runne: How(sips sake) do you suppose we(sips sake) do that?

Fooly: let’s have a small tourney. That way you can see their abilities.
(finds a Seaking on the end of the line) Sweet!

Runne: (sips sake)…..…sure, why not(sips sake) I’m bored anyhow.


So there you have it! This is a tourney to evaluate people’s skills and abilities. Possible promotions may occur if runne sees fit. Captains try to spar other captains until the number of eligible captains for the other side goes down. Also, in this tourney every match entered will earn you 15 points and every match won will earn you 40 points.

Rules:
1. NO GOD MODDING. god modding will resort to an automatic disqualification. if both sparrers god mod, then they will both automatically loose...

2. Each spar will consist of 10 turns each and an additional 2 turns if the sparers want to continue.

3. All injuries will be healed before every match.

4. All Lt. and lower seats will be able to use Lt. ranked kido FOR THE TOURNAMENT ONLY! FOR ALL SPARS EACH PERSON CAN ONLY USE A MAXIMUM OF 5 KIDO REGARDLESS OF RANK.

5. The spars will be judged by either runne, fooly, another captain, or myself fairly. All captain matches will be judged by runne, fooly or myself. If there are any problems with the judging, please take your problem to myself.

6. when you are done with a spar, collect all the quotes on one post and wait to be evaluated. spars will be graded on creativity, countering, attacking and defending by each individual.

7. This tournament will be a DOUBLE ELIMINATION. If you lose two times, then you will be considered dead. Once you are considered dead, you can no longer participate in the tourney.

8. In the case of a tie, each participant will get 20 points and will be eligible to continue. A draw can occur ONLY when a decision is too close to call.

9. This tourney will continue until either one side is completely wiped out. The winning group will get an additional 20 points whether they were knocked out of the competition or not.

10. an extra 20 points for the person with the most wins for the team and 10 points for the person who has the most wins over all. if the person with the most overall wins is on the winning side, then they will receive both and get 40 points, along with the 20 points for their team winning.
