And yes your a rookie (2 members of my own squad where given higher rank from start because they will judge spars and stuff like that).

Cool. I actually prefer to be a rookie. That way I get to work my way up and stuff. It's cool if you have a great title and stuff, but it's just more fun if you have to work for it. As long as it's not friend politics and stuff, it's cool. Pretty much everybody should start out low. ^^

Yeah I agree but I need support on some things so I decided to give higher ranking .. but it wont effect if the group gets started and people start sparring

Anyway the special title's and the highest ranks are all available .. and people will have to earn those rankings.
