That dosnt make much sense..

lets say a Logia user gets stabbed with a Haki attack, he cant just turn into his element afterwards and repair the damage. We already seen logia's get wounded before (crocodile,enel) and they showed no signs of that type of regeneration before.

he said that i could relocate my armsinse i was a logia...

and muscle strain is not a cut on the skin...

Hitsu can create Ice layers on top of his wounds to stop the bleeding its a bit different then your flame element since his is practically solid.

fire should have a weakness againt

water, air, and earth :O

water puts it out
air can suck the air away from the fire traping it in a void
earth and smother it
