but now, to all the new members, a lot of us have KD haki and ultimate fighting styles + all the money thus items, were pretty much making the gap harder and harder to close as time goes on for new members

well ofc its harder but its doable .. Rin and Nate seem to be doing just fine.. and its up to the person who spars. Example i havent seen Hitsu use KD on a new guy ever. But its best if new people do this ..

Train with veteran
challenge other new people
challenge mid ranks mostly

until they get a promotion.

haki lvl 2 - second mates
Haki lvl 3 - Captain/VA&approved lower ranks

Second Fighting style: First Mate/Commodore
KD - Yonkou/Admiral & approved other ranks
