*I use my left hand to move it under my outstretched right (holding the zan), enforcing some reiatsu to make sure I completely stop the elbow before hitting me, the area gets colder as I do so,
as you roll away to the side, I jump to the opposite side and face you while my bow moves into my Quincy Cross, the sapphire jewel beginning to shine bright blue as it does, while focusing myself,
with a burst of reiatsu the clothing on my arms rip to shreds as they become engulfed in a silvery reiatsu for a split-second, before it turns to an icy blue and the area becomes colder again, (this is all just many lines of explaining what happens, it just happens real quick while you incant the move),
I trust both hands forward and release a Kido equal to #45 towards you, overpowering the Sokatsui and continuing your way*
