Welcome to One Piece Shinsekai.
Members of the group can spar and chat here.
Point/Beri tracker, Item shops , event notices can be found inside the Group page.

Rules
No godmodding.
2nd Fighting style only available for Captain/Vice Admiral and above.
Pika Pika No Mi/Yami Yami No Mi = banned.
No devil fruits that include Light speed or gravity powers.
Never lie about your Beri, if you are caught cheating your points will be removed.
Extreme spamming is not allowed(dont take it to far or you will get punished)
Do not spoil about any manga/anime inside the group
Never but NEVER insult the Goat

Example Sheet
New members must create a character sheet in order to spar in One Piece Shinsekai. A sheet must be filled with the following.

Name:
Occupation: World Government or Pirate
Fighting style: Available styles are listed bellow
Devil Fruit: You can choose an existing devil fruit or create your own (In order to get a custom Devil fruit approved you must post detailed information regarding its powers, you can pm it to me or get it approved by pistachio20 if I'm not around. Also any fruits that involve light speed, gravity, space and time are banned)
Weapon: Up to 3 basic weapons (weapons can be Kairoseki)
Origin: A One Piece location
Bounty Game Rank: If you have played this game mention your rank here.

Also keep in mind that If a Devil Fruit user is inactive for a long time without a reason then mysteriously he losses his power and the Fruit regrows.

Haki Board

Level 1 - Available for all members
Level 2 - Available for Second mate/Commander
Level 3 - Available for Pirate Captain/Vice Admiral
Haoushoku Haki - Available for Yonkou/Admiral

level 1 - Enhances physical strength
level 2 - Allows user to predict movement
level 3 - Allows user to weaken/negate devil fruits
Haoushoku Haki - abilities of all the level of Haki's but more powerful. Also can stun/shock the enemy.

Conditions (1 to 3): Haki related moves can only be used for 3 turns in a fight.
Conditions (Haoushoku Haki): Users can use Haki related moves for 4 turns.
Haoushoku Stun does not apply if your opponent has Haoushoku himself.

Shichibukai pirates can use up to level 3 Haki.

Special exams may be given for a Haki uplevel if proven worthy, regardless of the rank.

Ultimate Fighting style techniques.
(Not for new members)

Given only to those have have truly mastered their base fighting style. In order to gain these you must go threw a sparring test with other members that have qualified for it.

Conditions

Fights must be at least 8 turns
Judges are me, pistachio20 and hitsugaya`
Once the spar is judged if someone is worthy he will get to learn 1 Ultimate Fighting Style technique. Both might prove capable or neither.
The players can arrange for a battle alone but cannot challenge the same member twice in a row.
The location will be decided by the Fleet Admiral or if absent one of the official advisors will decide. If everyone is absent just agree on one.

Judges are given 30.000 for a judge.
Players are given 50.000 for a spar completion.
No extra Beri if someone is declared winner.

This is a ultimate fighting style challenge. So pay special attention to the way you use your fighting styles. If you dont use your styles at all in the spar you will most likely not get a technique.
