Members that have mastered their styles have access to ultimate techniques. Basically its an availability to create five signature techniques based on your main fighting style.

Haki Proficiency

Haki proficiency

Haki is a mysterious conceptual force, It appears to be an ability of sorts that channels one's Spirit. However, its true nature has yet to be determined or stated. There are special types of Haki that only a certain group of "chosen ones" are said to possess. Each Haki Stage needs a special requirement in order to attain.

Stage one
Increases the destruction force of a users attack or general enhancement.

Requirements: A history of at least five battles.

Stage Two
Allows the user to read opponent's movements. Keep in mind that "read" does not always mean can dodge successfully.

Requirements: In order to unlock this stage members must take the Ordeal of Sense challenge and pass.

Stage Three
Allows the user to weaken/negate Devil Fruits.

Requirements: In order to unlock this stage members must take the Ordeal of Presence challenge and pass.

Stage Four
Extreme proficiency over the three basic Haki forms, the user can perform an additional haki stage in a spar. Also a user can perform a weak Kings Disposition that can momenterally stun an opponent with a Stage 1 Haki or lower.

Requirements: In order to unlock this stage one must awaken the spirit of the king (if eligible). By undergoing a series of challenges called the Ordeal of Awakening.

Stage Five
Complete master of Haki, allows the user to perform any form of Haki up to 6 times per spar even more effectively. True Kings Disposition is also mastered and can momenterally stun an opponent with Stage 3 or lower.

Requirements: Only those who have the spirit of the King.

One Piece Shinsekai Ranks

First of all a characters abilities and powers are not always measured by rank. In One Piece Shinsekai all members must either be in a pirate crew or organization.

Ways on becoming a crew Captain or Organization Leader.

1. Skilled in sparring and dedicated member.
2. A faster way is to recruit new members for One Piece Shinsekai.

It is responsibility of captains or organization leaders to recruit members to increase their might and help them adapt to our ways.

Also each crew and organization will be measured by a total bounty depending on its threat to the World Government. These numbers will depend on your overall actions and battle capabilities. Also keep in mind that some members might be stronger then captains/organization leaders.

Take Portgas D. Ace for example, he is 2nd division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates but his strength exceeds most famous Pirate Captains.

It is responsibility of crew captains/organization leaders to assign “titles” within their groups and have absolute freedom to form their crews as they wish to. Also social groups will need to be opened for each crew/organization.

If an eligible member does not wish to create his own crew he can just join someone else. Remember power is not measured by someone’s “status”. Also keep in mind that if for any reason a crew/organization is not managed correctly then the World Government will sink it without any hesitation.

Keep in mind that The Marines will have the responsibility on issuing Bounties for criminals depending on their threat level. Depending on the Bounty someone has he is also given a "title".

Nakama Backup Mode

This is a new battle system I want to test out. Basically “nakama” will have the ability to summon their fellow mates and assist them in battle.

How would this work?

From now on all pirates are required to join a crew or organization, however in order to raise a Jolly Roger approval from me is required. Crew mates will have the availability to summon a nakama and aid them in battle, this means that while a nakama is summoned you will have full control over him and his powers.

Conditions

Only one Nakama can be summoned per battle and the amount of turns he can be used are two. However summoned Nakama cannot use Haki while in battle in order to prevent over usage of it. If for any reason you do not wish to use this mode in a spar you and your opponent can agree to fight without using it.

This weapon can have a special ability/function, members that buy this can design it however it must be approved by me or pistachio20.

Hells Haliberd: 750.000 Beri
Can heat up rapidly.Also creates fire. The amount it can produce at once is limited.

Deap Sea Trident: 750.000 Beri
Can cool down to instant freezing temperatures. Also creates water. The amount it can produce at once is limited.

Heavens Lance: 750.000 Beri
Creates lightning. The amount it can produce at once is limited.

Zoan Type Weapon: 1.500.000 Beri
A weapon that has eaten a normal Zoan Devil Fruit. The weapons fruit/powers must be approved by me or pistachio20.

Axe Dial: 80.000 Beri
The Axe Dial delivers a thin blast of air capable of slicing through a man and his shield in one blow.

Ball Dial: 70.000 Beri
A Dial that releases a puff of clouds that forms into a ball shape upon being released, which can be used for sitting or standing on, or be applied with explosives and other features based on the user.

Breath Dial: 70.000 Beri
This Dial is capable of storing air-current energy.

Eisen Dial: 120.000 Beri
Emits a stream of "iron cloud" that can form into different shapes, like a cloud, but is as hard as iron. It can lengthen and/or widen without limits and can even form thick defensive walls.

Flame Dial: 70.000 Beri
This Dial can absorb and releases flames.

Flash Dial: 80.000 Beri
A Dial that lets out an extremely bright amount of light for a very brief period, effectively causing temporary blindness if used against a person.

Flavor Dial: 80.000 Beri
This Dial can store smells and aromas, along with other types of gas, such as explosive and flammable ones.

Heat Dial: 70.000 Beri
This Dial stores and releases heat energy. It appears to be able to let out heat in different amounts, unlike most Dials.

Impact Dial: 100.000 Beri
This Dial may be hit by anything blunt and will absorb the kinetic energy. Once the apex of the Dial is pressed, the stored energy is released, usually causing internal injuries of a living body, but not leaving any visible external damage.

Jet Dial: 100.000 Beri
This is a more powerful version of the Breath Dial, which blows out a burst of air at great speed.

Milky Dial: 80.000 Beri
This Dialcan store energy of an unknown sort, and create or release clouds.

Reject Dial: 120.000 Beri
Much stronger version of the Impact Dial however it is extremely dangerous to both the target and the user. The Reject Dial takes in energy, just like the Impact Dial, but releases ten times as much energy as it had absorbed. The backlash effect is capable of blowing the bodies of both the user and opponent to pieces, especially with repeated usage.

Water Dial: 70.000 Beri
A Dial used for absorbing and releasing water.

Beam Dial: 100.000 Beri
A type of Dial that can store and release a beam similar to that of the pacifista units.

Frost Dial: 100.000 Beri
A type of Dial that releases a blizzard that has a slight freezing property.

Custom Dial: 150.000 Beri
You can create your own Dial and get it approved.

Dial Based Items

Flash Gun: 200.000 Beri
A firearm that can produce a bright flash when fired, so the opponents can't see the bullets that is fired along with it.

Burn Bazooka: 250.000 Beri
A bazooka with three Dials installed into it. Beam Dial mode, Gas mode and Flame mode.

Impact Hammer: 250.000 Beri
This hammer has two sides, one that can absorb kinetic energy and the other side releases the stored energy which causes internal damage on impact.

Eisen Sword: 300.000 Beri
A composed sword of steel-hard but cloud-light Iron Cloud, and has a Milky Dial installed at the pommel to allow him to change his sword for offensive or defensive measures that would fit the situation.

Reject Shield: 400.000 Beri
A shield that has a reject dial in stored to it. Unlike the Impact, the reject shield can absorb a larger amount of kinetic energy and release it with a force of 10 times higher then that of the impact dial.

Custom Dial Weapon: 400.000 Beri
This weapon can be created by a member however it must be approved. The weapon can have up to 3 Dials however Eisen and Reject are exluded. Any request with more then 3 dials or reject/eisen will be denied.
