hp ch crystal formation (jagged forms of ice sprout out of the ground towards the enemy, must be by snow) Ice whale slam(huge whale made of ice springs out of water and slams down on oppnet, must be by water) Ice clone( makes copies of himself made of ice, like shadow clone but must be near snow) summon yeti (self explanatory) summon ice deamon (summons demon made of ice) ice dragon jutsu (like water dragon jutsu but of ice, need to be near snow) shuriken punch blizzard (causes a massive blizzard to cover the area in snow and reduces vision) eye of the blizzard (naturally see through the blizzard) Chakra armor (asorbs attacks with chakra and gives it to me, unaffected by genjutsu, armor can be broken if enough power is applied) bio once a elite ninja for the snow nation, killed team in a mission and never returned to the village. Now trying to gain an army big enough to conquer the old snow village then will rise and rule over it to make it become the strongest shinobi nation of all of them. He has a cold heart type of personality, he dosnt care much for the lifes of others, blue eyes white hair, wheres the chakra armor over his white ninja outfit, fill in the gaps
