hmmm... i weigh about 140, and i can bench about 145... I usually do 3 exercizes per muscle (particularly for my chest and back) because i have a really tough time fully exhausting those areas... my chest could be bigger. lol

I did karate from when I was about 6 until 19, and i could never really gain any weight or i'd have to move up a weight class and fight giants, but now that i'm done competing i can focus on body building. lol

i'm a black belt. I still train on my own so i wont lose it, i just stopped fighting.

I've always thought gymnastics looks like fun. maybe i should give it a try. lol

it is very fun though
