Depends.
I think I heard psp say somewhere he didn't mind language-based fanclubs.
Though of course don't speak Spanish orso in a thread where everybody is speaking English, just so those people won't understand you. There have been a few threads like a 'Spanish Speakers', and they shouldn't get much trouble unless people just start speaking English and let just everybody come in and chat.
And 'Te amo' posting is still spam no matter the language. :x

Meh, I let that one survive since they are kind of on topic...lol the funny thing is that they're not actually talking about anything pertaining to a "True Ninja" but about ninjas lol
I might make them advance the thread into what's actually supposed to be and re-name it :O

But yea...it is hard to make a fanclub on AC but I don't mind helping them if they ask :3

I often check that ninja thread, lol. I'd say it's borderline, there's not that many active people but they do tend to 'ninjafy' the things they say. However if the posts continue as they are going now (there's only like 4 orso people with a significant amount of posts?) then it's just the same few people talking among each other, which I think is wrong. :x
