How many times will you screw up a good thing?
I like the sun, she likes the rain.
Opposites have never been so magnetic, never so magical.
The word awesome never meant so much.
The word thanks never helped so much.

Stand between fate and glory, between misconception and understanding.
The lines been drawn, the words have been said.
When has the word acceptance ever mattered so much, ever meant anything and anyone?

In the movies times stands still, why does it fly by so fast?

But I saw it fade, I watched that bulb flicker.

Finding youre way around in the dark becomes second nature after a few years.
But the hurt in my eyes from the light you shine is soothing.
Its a pain I wouldnt trade for anything.

I feel as if a shadow will blanket this light, smothering it.
