hmm I usually read a book until i'm tired listen to music until i get really tired or go on the computer until i'm really tired

if u ever cant fall asleep again i have a few things u could do: -have a snack then go back to bed -just sit and day dream till u get tired -listen to the radio these tend to work for me i dont know bout u. |
