Usually, you read the rules, then play the game. Not like there are many rules anyway. There is no need to change the rules, people should just read and follow the existing ones. To post again you need to have:
- Minimum 2 other posts after your last post
- Minimum 5 minutes pause from your last post
I don't think that's too hard to follow.
