larger pm box
I think it couldnt hurt to have a larger PM box for senior members or maybe beyond senior since I like to save one copy of each different conversation. I mean thier are users with 0 posts they arent using thier space obviously. You could make the junior members slightly smaller if you need space since they wont PM much anyway since they dont know anyone much.
