Example would be if I watched the first 5 minutes what wanted to skip to 15 minutes in, even if it had only streamed those first 5 minutes, it would jump to 15 minute and start buffering then start playing.

It's a completely useless feature. Animelover, if you're really as your name says you wont want to skip anything in Bleach, so there is no point having this as a feature as only a few websites support those features. Mainly pornography sites.

Really? Because when a video screws up on there when its streaming (like says its fully loaded but has only loaded 2 minutes) and I try to click further than 2 minutes in it doesnt work :[
