Default 'VirusDoctor' Malware Popup

I've been getting this incredibly annoying pop up on both the forums and the main website. It keeps you from going back to where you were initially browsing, and the only way to effectively get rid of it is Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Task Manager, and 'End Task' on the window it popped up in... That still means you have to open it up again, and sometimes it will come back - 2, 3 times in a row, or at least until I dump browsing history or run C-Cleaner. Then, eventually it comes back with a vengeance after browsing a bit...
Anyways, I did research, and the program it asks you to download is 'Malicious Hardware,' which could potentially destroy your computer and everything on it. I think it would be safe to mention this. It's a very, very bad pop up and it could potentially wreak havoc on some of the Animecrazy fans...
Please, if possible, try to fix this!!
If I put this in the wrong spot, my apologies.
Thanks again!

We've been tryin to spot that specific ad for a while now, if you ever hit it and can capture a ad url to it, or the page it was on or something, i'd appreciate it. Oh and generally once you x out of that ad, note it's an ad that prompts you to download a virus, it should cease coming up due to cookies apparently. So clearing your cookies/cache won't really affect it at all.

Ok I got this stupid thing too. I was watching Haruhi Suzumiya 2 ep13 and then I clicked on the link to go to 14 and it popped up and I had to close firefox to get rid of it. So you can see my history here there is Haruhi 13 then a bunch of crap, then 14 then you can see this install.exe thingy there and then at the top is when I restarted firefox you can see the start page. Hope this helps.

Bottom URL is the first.
