Guide to using illimitux to reset MV time limit

Is there a way past MVs time limit? yes!

Basically illimitux is a firefox addon which uses a hack to reset the Megavideo time limit. (This means that it must be reset every so many minutes)

Either way, for this you'll first need Firefox.

When you have installed firefox, or if you already had it you'll need the Illimitux add-on..
(Open it with firefox)

If that doesn't work:
http://www.illimitux.net/addon/
And click on download on the right side of the page.

A pop-up should show up to ask you to install it, do so. (3 second timer)

You'll now need to restart firefox, this means closing it and opening it.

At 35 secs: You'll see a gray text box below, it will state:
'Illimitux has found a megavideo link' click the button below it.

You will be taken to a new site (illimitux. net/link info)

At 55 secs: What you see now is a zoomed in part which shows a reset function. When MV states your time is up, enter the time played untill that moment on the resetter and click on the 'ok' button.

Btw, it also enables you to get passed those "previews only" of veoh
no need to download the veoh player (which brings only trouble :O)

illimitux doesn't work for mega video, i tried many times

though this was a while back now, dunno if its changed

I dont think thats the problem because I already installed the web browser firefox and i cant watch it at all

Do you have illimitux installed and restarted your firefox?

When you've done so, notice how a small grey block will pop-up on the lower-right end of your browser when a Megavideo link is open. If you click on the 'Remove Limitation' button you'll get redirected to another site;

Illimitux v3.5

Worked with 3.0 as well for me.
