I would say Naruto since the ones I saw with Bleach were pretty good compared to the actually storyline.

Naruto. The fillers actually made me stop watching the anime, and I haven't picked it up since. I only read the manga now. Bleach fillers are annoying as well, but they have better storyline than Naruto fillers imo.

watch melancholy of suzumiya haruhi season 2
the episodes from 3 till 10 are the EXCT EXACT same thing with a little different animation
basically theres an endless summer and the world resets every time at august 31 back to august 7. And when i say the EXACT SAME THING i mean the EXACT SAME ****ING THING

bleach... cause at lest the fillers in naruto is aired when the arc is finished ... but in bleach iin the middle of the arc they air a filler ... wtf ? ( example : when ichigo went to Las noches , they throw the captain one filler ... again .. wtf ? ) ... also the bounto filler ( it have to be one ) is one of the worst filler i have ever watch .. come one .. what are they pokemon trainers ?

I quit watching both of them because I felt they were too elongated and full of fillers..so I can't really choose I guess.

I really think the Naruto fillers are the worst...

The Bleach fillers are more eyes candy and crowd pleasers and are ASSUMED to be fillers. They don't try to sneak something into you... they are made to simply please the crowd while they have to wait.

I feel like Naruto fillers take us for idiots... we know it's a fillers... why trying so hard to hide that it's one?

The filler that pissed me off the most was the Sora filler :/ Just when Naruto was getting REALLY interesting BAM! They place a totally boring filler in the middle of it. :/

naruto holds the record for most consecutive filler episodes at 83 if memory serves.

not to mention most of them were braindead.
