As far as I have seen (and I have seen all of Pokemon, and can't wait till the next episode) there are no sex changes. James PRETENDS to be a girl a few times, but he doesn't change his sex permenetly.

Yeah, I enjoyed that episode. I would think that with computers now a days they could tone down the colors or something so that it could be aired.

Yes, the fact that they were hospitalized isn't funny really, but I still loved the episode.
