I can't decide on one, Gintoki would be one of my top 3, but I also like other characters of gintama like Madao.

another one in my top 3 would be Harima Kenshi from School rumble. He's just...

The last one in my top three is Okabe from Stein Gate. rofl the whole Mad scientist and Kuristina was hilarious.
I can't decide for one.
