Who do you think is the funniest anime character?

this one for me, atm, the most stupid and funny at the same time.

For me its got to be Tomoki Sakurai - MyAnimeList.net from Sora no Otoshimono. I think a few other animes make better over all comedies but for funniest character I got to go with Tomoki.

I think Akira from Special A or Usui from kaichou wa maid-sama . Also Lucy from fairy tail
