To be honest, I'd more get a shock since the VA would be different, I wouldn't be affected personally by the certain individual's death's though, no.

wouldnt really be bothered lol sure it would be alil strange at the beginning... but who cares lol the anime stays the same! and sure it's not nice if someone dies, but yea it happens all the time... cant be sad over everyone deaths

It sucks, really really really bad. It just sucks. It sort of happened with Gash Bell, the seiyu of Gash was on pregnancy leave or how you call it, and believe it or not, it was during the LAST couple of episodes of the anime. That sucks. What made it worse was that the replacing seiyu SUCKED. (OP watchers must have noticed Choppers voice being different a couple of episodes, long time ago, same seiyu) So people who are saying ' dont care ' and that kind of stuff, think again
