The creator of the game is the same. I guess that's when they decide to make the setting similar, other than that, no difference at all. It's like Durarara and Baccano, both are in the same universe but there isn't any significant difference.

Adding on, it's not actually in the same universe. The only similarities are the creator is the same like what you said and the setting which is akihabara

Actually, chaos head isn't that bad. It's watchable and just average.
