|  Tien(start of dbz) vs Yajirobe(post-kami training)
Don't laugh, but Tien's power level was stated to be 250 at the start. I'd place Kami at around 300. Kami said everyone surpassed him after the training at his lookout so... Yajirobe is stronger, right?

I would still say Tien becuase he has dodan ray and that move he uses to see an opponent from far and use all his life energy. ANyway Yajirobe only got the katana and nothing else. I feel sorry for him.
