I think Vegeta's the better developed character. Sasuke, well, is just too obsessed with revenge, and his life seems to evolve around it so for me it's kinda boring because whatever he does will lead him to that path, for no good-enough reason. He never, well, actually develops because he's stuck on that.

I like them both, but I cannot judge Sasuke yet because the series has not ended yet. So far, I would go with Sasuke because DBZ, in retrospect, is stupid.

I think Vegeta was very well developed. I like how the Buu saga showed his true feelings when he turned Majin, but he managed to overcome that for the love he felt for his family. Very touching. All Sasuke make me feel is hate towards him. Well, I don't really hate him, because hating an anime character would be silly for me, but I don't like him.

i hate dragon ball. but Vegeta is one of the few characters i actually liked from it, and i dont really care about sasuke, so
