The one thing they got in common is that they're both elite, but...

Definitely Vegeta. He starts as the bad guy, but finds his own way. In Boo Saga, there's a part where his pride takes over him and he once again goes on the bad side, but manages to get out of it.

While Sasuke, who's obsessed with revenge, and not even his best friends can reach him, goes more and more off the road.

EDIT: In addition, if we compare their losses, Sasuke lost his clan, but Vegeta lost his whole home planet. They both wanted and worked to get their revenge, but unlike Sasuke, Vegeta kept his cool and went through many humiliations, and still managed to stay cool.

Vegeta. I don't think anyone can be as badass as him, besides Zoro.

Cell was already stronger than 17, and he had him absorbed at the time. He could have probably kill them with the other's help at the time. The only problem was #16 who wasn't in the battle and he could have bailed them out easily by striking out Tien.

I know but it seem vegeta don't want him cool sasugay will look gay-er in AC.
