I've only watched about 10 eps of hokuto no ken, unless he gets über powerful, I'm going to go with luffy.

isn't Kenshiro godlike fast, his techniques faster along with techniques that make him invulnerable and the sorts? I could be confusing with some other guy

no thats about right its really just the similarities in their moves that made me think of this but their personalities cant oppose each other more i think

he does get a lot stronger but he cries a lot
