Tales of the Sinestro Corps, Crisis on Infinite Earths, Infinite Crisis, and Countdown to Final Crisis are a good place to start if you want to read about Superboy Prime.

Cyborg Superman is in Brightest Day, Revenge of The Green Lanterns, Reign of Doomsday, and Sinestro Corps.
