The Lead up to Ultimatum (which I also loved) was the trade Ultimates 3: Who killed Scarlett witch.

And what was with the move? It took me a bit to find here again.
With Spider-man he's my favorite character and all but I did stop getting amazing for ages after the whole One More Day arc, I absolutely hated that but now finding his stuff brilliant like with the current and near ending end of earth arc.

Yeah, they're deleting the FC section and are moving the FC's to different sections, I chose here, if I picked Lounge, nobody would be able to find due to it getting buried through all those active threads in there. :< I should like VM people telling them it moved, but too lazy.
OMD D::::::::: I HATE RETCONS. They shouldn't have made him reveal his secret in the first place if they were just gonna retcon it. >: (
EoE seems interesting too, you didn't like Spider-Island? Most people I've seen enjoyed that too.

Owls does look pretty fantastic. :< Especially the art in like most Bat-titles. Imho, DC has better artists than Marvel, although Marvel has some cool unique ones. : o

I'm still reading early USM with Bendis and man, I really prefer his writing in this rather than his writing in bigger events. : o

I only read that the fanclubs were disappearing after I wrote that. It does kind of make sense, but I had to go into the fc itself to find the thread.

The Batman issues are fantastic, but the pre penguin arc Detective are just *___*
I really enjoyed USM, but that ending is just sigh.
Oo phew, I overreacted. The series I thought was an ongoing is actually a limited series.

That's one I thought was ongoing.
I'm not really too interested in crossovers, but that looks like a big reason why Peter Parker was killed off.

I like crossovers but I don't like multiple continuities coming together for some reason, I prefer their characters just remaining in their universe. D:

I'm only interested in seeing what Peter will do once he learns next month that the him in that universe died. Or that since they are back in the US that Gwen is alive

I think I enjoyed his storylines, especially seeing as he got Spidey into an avenger team :B
I really dislike crossovers (tie in issues) because they're overused, especially in DC.
They should've done that from the start -sigh- not killed him off as soon as he was becoming a hero!

He'll probably have a one-page rage like he did after HoM when Gwen was alive and then forget all about it. 8D

Glad to see there's no Bendis-haters here like comic sites I see, people talk so much trash about him for no reason (maybe just cause people don't like big events). :<
I liked Secret War and so far liking Dark Reign but I didn't like Secret Invasion as much as I thought I would (my favorite parts were Osborn coming to rise and Fury being badass) since for me, I disliked the whole climax/conclusion since it just felt like one big brawl. I liked HoM's alternate universe but I hated what happened with the mutants afterwords. Apparently his run on DD is good as well. : o
I don't mind since I don't buy but I would prefer events as smaller limited series rather than large tie-in and large series, it usually ends up becoming too long in the beginning and then rushed towards the end, at least it feels like that to me. :< And then some tie-ins usually feel forced like *superhero's walking down the street, sees the same enemies as the main event's, HOLY SHIT he's important for a few issues* But I always end up reading them (at least for Marvel).
They should have made a black Wasp after Ultimatum who gets eaten by someone else.




A new DC series called Talon (that's right, coming outta the Night of Owls event) will be coming out along with the next wave of new titles/old titles getting the axe.

In Ultimatum I did find it funny how giant man took a bite out of the blob as payback.

In the Avengers cartoon they just had a crack at the secret invasion which was different.

I'm thinking about re reading all of Marvels big events again like Civil War, secret invasion, Spider-man's the other, and so on.

And is this Talon a good guy or kinda like Jason Todd Red hood type just goes out and does his own thing?
