I would start with heroes that you like and then check to see who the writer is (reviews). You could also start with recommended stories or graphic novels.

Here are a few:
Justice League of America: Tower of Babel
Batman: The Long Halloween
Spiderman Noir
Maximum Carnage
Kingdom Come

DC has rebooted their universe so you could follow a few heroes in the New 52.

Any as Omega said: it's pretty easy to pick up most DC series now, seeing as they rebooted the lot.
I'd try Justice League, everything Batman is love, Teen Titans, maybe.

I wanted to know if anyone has a link to Deadpool latest run (complete), I tried on the usual torrent site but I can find only the latest issues and now that I finally can, I would really like to read it.

Also I've caught up with action comics. Love it.

I'm not sure how good this one is, but it may be a good one.

If you have utorrent then you can choose what to download.
I recommend reading everything minus the nightwing / robin series (and the gotham police one). The rest is Batman history, and is well worth a look, especially knightfall.
