I think it is.
I remember Kira trying to convince me reading it but i denied because it was irregular. Who knows maybe now chapters come out regularly. :O

Nothing worse than a monthly/bi-monthly manga. :O

I put it on hold like 2 years ago and only about 15 new chapters came out, and the chapters are max 19 pages long (in best case) : o
Apparently the mangaka did the same while he was doing Hellsing.

But the manga is really interesting imo.

Anybody know of any decent new manga that have come out recently? Weekly releases would be preferable.

Caught up with VK. A total waste of time.
Seriously i read 7 chapters and nothing important or serious that will add something to the story happened. Consider that the manga is monthly which means 7 chapters = 7 months and bam you feel totally disappointed.

More mangas like Pandora Hearts and Kuroshitsuji should appear.

Green Blood is a good manga that's released weekly. The main character is badass and the art is amazing. Sadly the translators have only translated 7 chapters so far.
I can also recommend Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo. It's from the author of Yankee-kun to Megane-chan. It's really funny. There are 26 chapters out so far.
