both of them having contrast and light they also have bad sides

+1 V2 I really enjoy the way they incorporated the render into the sig. Interesting choice of lighting and enough simplicity in the sig to keep it appealing. Txt is much too distracting, however.

V1 could use a better flow, a story. Right now, it feels too random.
