Concerning the latest entry (sorry, I'm going to use you as an example ), I've noticed that there is use of fan art. On various GFX forums, even on those that aren't GFX themed, it is required that you have permission from the artist before using their artwork since it is usually not specified as to giving rights to distribute it, since it isn't from the original artist of which the art is based on.

I think after this weeks voting, it should be implemented into the rules.
