Since there has been a lot of request & guide on making sigs, I'll post up a guide of making sigs & resources.

Before we start, you must know how to put your signature in. Those of you who already know, skip this part. For those of you who dont, [*IMG]URL OF PIC[/IMG] (without asterix!).

1. Why make a signature or have one?
Express yourself. Or tag.

2. Tools/Resources needed to create one.
- Programs: Adobe Photoshop 7.0+ (CS2 Recommended). Paint Shop Pro (Any version is fine I guess. I'm not a PSP user. 11 is the latest). Adobe Image Ready (Usually comes with the retail but only used for animated). Or any other program that'll work. Microsoft Paint. xD

- Picture Uploaders: These are a few that are useable. 3gn.us Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket http://imageshack.us

3. Inspirations in making signatures.
Ideas? Use games, celebrities, hobbies, music, etc. to get a topic going. Either that or just plain abstract.

4. Enhancing your signatures.
This is basically the key info on making it. Signature making ends up with one using his/her own technique/style for the art. Brushes & Fonts add more touch to the final result. Use tutorials for a start up guide and eventually start mixing.

Thanks for sharing. *bookmarks* I need to get on this. I'm nervous because I've never made one and others' look so nice. Practice makes perfect I hope.

Idk mine is Full of color. i need to make A diffrent Sig style.so far I have 5 styles :/

hey i was jw capt. y is cs2 recommended... I think i am one of the only people still using it and i have problems with everything not jpeg (png and gif)
i thought that it was a cs2 problem but if its not i would love to know what im doing wrong b/c the help menu is useless
