Description: I like elegant script-looking fonts hehe, if you don't mind. xD Oh and could prolly add a background for the avatar? 8D Pretty pastel colors (not too colorful x_x). I like sparkly things too but don't overdo it..? I HAVE EXAMPLES BELOW :x
For the avatar, i'll prefer it to be rectangular shaped, with more length 8D
Other than that any size is ok! 8D

Description: In avi just have the Wheatley picture (you can choose from the 2 of 'him'). And just make it look cute! (cause for some reason I think he's adorable!)
In sig have the 2 pictures of GLaDOS merging, or something like merging and somewhere on it have. 'Oh hi, how are you holding up? BECAUSE I’M A POTATO' and just make it look cool/awesome!

The signature is sadly not possible in this forum. No one can take signatures higher than 140 pixel.
