Mei-Chan is leaving isn't she? At least that's what I got from the preview at the end of episode 6. I could be so wrong though.

And since I can't understand a lick of Japanese (except for a few words that won't help), I will wait patiently (I hope) for the subs to be up.

Yes, there's a new episode out each Tuesday - Japan time of course.

I understood pretty much everything that was happening, though I'm anxiously waiting for the subs to cross reference what I thought was being said.

This was a little unexpected... and I wish that Rihito wouldn't be so easy going about the situation; it seems like he doesn't fight for what he wants.

im still considering if i should wait or just watch it >< hehe...i pretty much understand..or at least i should >< but idk...i like subs lol

and i think that Rihito is "easy going" because he has to be,
he is a butler, and he can't really be in the position to say what he wants and doesn't want

Yes, I know he has to be that way for he's a butler - but if your feelings don't enable you to do anything for who you care for [like Mame Shiba] then he's really not deserving to end with her. I mean, I love his character, but if he keeps wasting time with Shiori & being so pacifist - Mame Shiba [xD] deserves to win Mei's heart. How many times has he been missing from even being Mei's butler because he was 'talking with Shiori'? She's not your lady, so don't waste time. =D

Though I do want Rihito to end with Mei.

The manga isn't all that great; the drama is better.
