I dunno.
I've always understood the purpose of fansubbing is to share freely among fans. Since those who originally made the show have no problem with its distribution, fans who take the time to make it understandable to other fans ought not be so concerned about credit and respect. Unless, I'm to understand that they subbed it so people would start praising them for it.
With all the viruses going around in nearly every downloaded file, streaming is probably the safest way to enjoy asian drama and anime. I'm grateful to Dramacrazy/Animecrazy for their concern towards ensuring the fans get to watch anime at any time without filling up their hard disks.
