Aishiteru Episode 1

sometimes i hate how long episodes are for jdrama cause i have so much to say about them lol, but yea if i where those parrents i would beat some discipline into that kid, that dad is crap so i can see y kid ended that way, mom is to much of talker needs some action slap to his face make him listen, other family the sister i cant stand her she complains about her little brother then cause he dissapeared and dirupted her life i feel like shes complaining more about that then her actually brother missing, the mom i did feel sorry for her but i kind of laughed at her initial scream, the dad of that family seems to be a good father so cant wait for next episode

omg. is that some kind of joke? blaming the parents is ridiculous. there are much worse parents whose kids dont kill other kids. i dont think hitting tomoya would have made any difference would it? hes clearly got serious problems. Hopefully a series like this will address some of the issues and ideas you brought up, and leave you with a different impression.

anyway, the subs were good, so thanks. only 1 thing i could say to be done slightly better, is when you give an explanation of a certain word up at the top, please could you leave it there just slightly longer, cos its difficult to read both in that time. (but its really no big deal)

did this really happen in japan recently? so harsh!! this type of thing has no obvious answer, eh? its so difficult to classify a child as evil or give any kind of rational explanation of what theyve done.

Well its much about what he did, and why he did it, if he is not changed, he might commit more, and by what i saw he kept on looking at the board that had a mother and a baby.. maybe he wanted his mother's attention, even if he got everything he wanted he needed craved for more. O_o .. Each family is messed up in one way, one mother is so nice she does not see evil on the world, and anther wants to give her kid a good life yet she forgets that kids need attention.. i am eagerly waiting for the second episode.

There's obviously a hidden side of the child. and I doubt it's the parents' fault.
and this is a REAL drama

And for this post not to be too fangirlish, I just have to say that the case presented in the drama is really strange, I wonder what makes a normal boy (normal because his problems are faced by any middle-class boy, I believe from seeing my own brother) simply kill another. I haven't seen the raws yet and I'll try not to but I'm really curious because as for now it's simply an odd case.

Although young boys do kill another daily throughout the world because of odd reasons, well, I just hope the drama explains it well.

The characters are a bit stereotyped but they are easy to relate: the nice dad, the workaholic dad, the worried mom who doesn't really move a finger, the loving mom, the older sister who learns the importance of family... I really like them all *_*

And back to my fangirl (usual) mode: you guys are the best!!

As for the bolded part, thats the main reason im watching this drama. What could drive a kid to kill..a kid.
