Jeez! Do you think they could have dragged this one out any more? The jury deliberation went on forever! They must be running out of story line.

Anyway, I can't believe they actually showed this in Japan, revealing just how deep seated bigotry is among the Japanese. I'm really not sure I want to see the ending. When there's a bad ending, they always seem to try to gloss it all over with some moralistic BS about how the group is more important than individual justice or some other such crap.

Hi, sorry, I know this has no relevance to what you're posting but I just signed up for this site and I have NO IDEA how to navigate through it. I wanted to find people that know any sites to buy Japanese drama DVD box sets? In particular, I was looking for the drama "Aishiteru" with Inamori Izumi, Itaya Yuka, and Yamamoto Taro.

Rawr! No Vito! You can't retract the appeal! It will not happen! Grr! People need to hurry up and load the rest. I want to know what happens. This drama seems to be dragging and it's killing me.

Wow - this drama is just amazing.
All actors are excellent - esp. MatsuJun's acting just blew me away.
The storyline goes really deep, it doesn't offer any easy black & white solutions.
For example, even the judges who vote for the death penalty really do have their reasons for it.
Still - I don't want Vito to die!!! He's sooo likeable!

ahh, Hana chan's voice is lost again
annnd, i had the same problem, it loaded and then at some particular minute, its stopped, though it showed that the whole bar is buffered!!! i will try again.
It was an amzing ep. and i can't wait to see how will vito escape the death penalty o.O

how is Vito actually willing to take the the death penalty, if it were me i would be searching for every possible evidence there was to get me out of it.
i really want to see the next episode and its been like a month and a half already...

I've been wanting to visit Japan some day, but after watching this show I feel kind of upset with Japanese being so prejudiced towards foreigners thinking they are all criminals. I don't know if I want to go anymore!!!
