Ouran Host club drama Cast?

i'd honestly like to hear other peoples casting ideas for THEIR ideal OHSHC.

to be quite frank, i mostly only know some of the older Jactors, so it's be nice to get some of the fresher faces in view now. don't you think?
like Seto Koji . i feel that he has a promising talent. ^.^ (one of the raw few younger actors i know)

In all seriousness though, I dont think he has the same expressions, I just think he has been horridly typecast.

Let me think on this one Tan, Le tme look through my actors index. It will take time for me to reread the manga and look at my actors. Most of them are glorified such as Tamaki and Hiro, but I have a few that have only been seen in small parts or stage.

I do agree soem fresh faces are needed, and there are some shows coming out that have that this season. Maybe once a few shows have past on these programs we can match things a little better.

Well, Oguri should pick his casting roles better then, cause up til now I've only seen him as a mysterious, quiet, stoneface type of character.

I 'll agree with you that Seto Koji looks promising. I saw him in Koizora and Happy days (I'm looking for Tenshi ga Kureta Mono like crazy-a movie he is playing in and seems to be good from the review) and I'll soon see him in Atashinchi no Danshi if I stop sulking and actually watch it, he, he... I think until now he is doing really well. I couldn't believe he played Hiro in Koizora. He was so good I was totally shocked! And he is really cute So +1 for Seto Koji and I hope to see him in more things

Try watching Stand Up. It's a drama with Narumiya Hiroki, Yamashita Tomohisa and Shun Oguri. In that drama you'll see he doesn't choose only one kind of roles. In Binbo Danshi he had a different role as well. The thing is that in his most popular works: Hana Yori Dango and Hana Kimi (I think those two are his most popular works) unfortunately he plays somehow the same role. Yet there are many drama and movies you can watch to find out that's not true

I will, but it'll take me a while cause I'm very busy nowadays with school and my japanese classes, and I haven't really read anything written so far so I also have a lot of cathcing up to do before I can join in.

Yeah Koizora is what i first saw him in (made me crryyyyyyyy)

But right now i'm actually watching a slightly older show that he leads in called Kamen Rider Kiva. it's really good. i was having a bad day last week and stumbled on it, and it's a Tokusatsu show so it has those cheesy special effects, totally reminded me of when i was little watching the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers. But the story line... oh my goodness, for a kids show it's pretty mature, not at all like the crap they're showing our kids in the US. but anywho. unfortunately DC only has like 20 out of 48 episodes so im having to watch it on Veoh (plan on asking them to update it for other fans out there)

Turns out he actually started out as a singer in 2 bands, then went to a school for acting. He seems to have it pretty well togerther... im jealous. lol

you know, if they made OHSHC into a live action and had good enough effects to pull it off (like in Zeni Geba) he'd do really well as the twins.

I do hope they cast NEW fresher actors for OHHC because this series is just
too good to have the older actors do them. Important part of casting...Who will
play Harui? Not Maki again?! I love her but she's done the cross-dressing already.
